WARRANTY

Limited Warranty Coverage

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our wheels. This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and proper maintenance conditions.

Forged Wheels

  • Structural Warranty: 10 years from date of original purchase

  • Finish Warranty: 2 years from date of original purchase

Carbon Wheels

  • Structural Warranty: 3 years from date of original purchase

  • Finish Warranty: 2 years from date of original purchase

Warranty Terms

Structural Coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship that affect the structural integrity of the wheel, including but not limited to:

  • Cracking or failure of the wheel structure

  • Spoke failure or breakage

  • Hub failure

  • Rim structural defects

Finish Coverage includes defects in the wheel's cosmetic finish, including:

  • Peeling, flaking, or bubbling of factory-applied finishes

  • Discoloration due to manufacturing defects

  • Clear coat failure

Important Conditions

This warranty is discretionary and subject to inspection and approval by our warranty department. All warranty claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase. The warranty becomes void upon sale or transfer of the wheels to any subsequent owner.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from accidents, collisions, or impacts

  • Damage from improper installation or maintenance

  • Damage from road hazards (potholes, curbs, debris)

  • Corrosion from road salt, chemicals, or environmental exposure

  • Modifications or alterations to the wheels

  • Use in racing, competitive events, or off-road applications (unless specifically designed for such use)

  • Cosmetic damage from brake dust, cleaning products, or improper care

  • Wheels that have been repaired or refinished by unauthorized parties

  • Damage from improper tire mounting or balancing

  • Consequential or incidental damages

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our customer service department with proof of purchase

  2. Provide detailed photographs of the defect

  3. Complete a warranty claim form

  4. Ship the wheel(s) to our facility for inspection (if requested)

Remedy

If a warranty claim is approved at our discretion, we will, at our sole option:

  • Repair the defective wheel

  • Replace the defective wheel with the same model purchased

  • Issue a credit toward a replacement wheel
